Bavarian AdventureTour Overview
This tour truly delivers on every level. Fantastic Roads such as the B500 and the Grossglockner high alpine pass, stunning scenery, majestic lakes and plenty of time to relax as the trip takes us to some of the most scenic and often forgotten parts of Austria. Meeting at Dover to catch our morning crossing, we shall soon be across the Channel and making ground to our first hotel for the night. The location of the lakes means we have to crunch some miles today so we will use some of the faster roads passing through before entering Germany to our first nights stop.
A good run through the Black Forest and the B500 we shall exit the Forest passing through picturesque German villages, and then by-passing Munich before we reach our destination in the heart of the Austrian lakes, our base for the next three nights. Still more to come as we travel back into Bavaria for a further 3 nights to the picturesque Fussen via the Gorssglockner high Alpine pass before we start our journey back to Calais with a final stop over to enjoy the Trier Wine festival.
